Every life has
a first day.

“Mine was October 7. Before the music, before the things I would build, before anyone knew my name, there was a date. Everything else came with time.”

OVII begins with the birthdate of its founder, Adukwu Atadoga, known in music as ajofé. An artist, soldier, builder and father. Different chapters, sharing the same hours.

O for October. VII for the seventh. A quiet signature for a life still being written.

October takes its place at the top of the dial. The first half of a personal signature.

VII
The seventh, at seven.

A single Roman numeral completes the name. Subtle to a stranger. Familiar to its owner.

A rhythm beneath the surface.

Concentric dial texture echoes the grooves of a record. Champagne accents meet an oxblood seconds hand.
